Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the purchased course content. Course access is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, distribute, or resell course content. Course access is typically provided for the lifetime of the course, unless otherwise specified.

All course fees are clearly displayed before purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for most courses. Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe and meet our refund policy criteria.

All content on the Platform, including courses, videos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by XparTex or our content partners and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: sharing account credentials, attempting to gain unauthorized access, posting inappropriate content, or engaging in harassment of other users.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
