Data Deletion Policy – Xpartex Limited

If you wish to delete your account or remove personal data collected through Google OAuth, Facebook Login, or LinkedIn Login, Xpartex allows you to request deletion at any time.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

To delete your account and user data, email us at: support@xpartex.com Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request" Include: • Your registered email address • Optional: Reason for deletion

2. Processing Timeline

After receiving your deletion request: • We will verify your identity • Your data will be scheduled for deletion • Deletion will be completed within 30 days

3. Data That Will Be Deleted

• User account and profile information • Email address • Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn SSO-linked data • Marketplace browsing and activity data

4. Data That May Be Retained

We may retain certain records if required by Bangladeshi law, including: • Transaction records • Fraud-prevention logs
